Job Title: Business Development Executive - Digital Marketing

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, pitch digital marketing services, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships. The role involves cold calling, client meetings, and achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities o

• Lead Generation : Identify and reach out to businesses across industries needing digital marketing services through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Client Pitches : Effectively present Rento's digital marketing solutions, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and more.
• Relationship Building : Develop and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term business opportunities.
• Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Proposal Developmen t: Prepare and present detailed proposals and agreements to potential clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the digital marketing industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
