Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation and Lead Development:
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and attending industry events.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads, meeting with prospects in person.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Gather feedback from customers and market intelligence to inform product offerings and sales strategies.
• Sales Reporting:
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
• Maintain an accurate CRM system to manage leads, contacts, and sales opportunities.
• Product Knowledge and Training:
• Stay up to date on product offerings, market trends, and industry changes to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Attend training sessions and company meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the internal sales team, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.
• Provide input to the marketing team on customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities.
• Negotiation and Closing Deals:
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
• Effectively close sales and ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery/implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in field sales or a similar sales role
• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to close sales and exceed targets.
• Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
• Tech Savvy: Experience in digital media marketing
• Networking: Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field (experienced person with out degree they can apply ).
