Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, building relationships with universities, and using data insights to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute Institutional sales & marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and meet sales targets.
• Create and manage campaigns, including webinars and seminars, to engage educational institutions.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with universities and institutions, including signing MOUs.
• Analyze marketing data to optimize strategies and drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, particularly within top colleges and universities.
• Experience in institutional sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in presenting webinars and seminars.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a defined territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms (preferred).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Experience in institutional sales, marketing, or similar roles is preferred.

Salary :30,000- 40,000 Per month
