We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive or Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to build lasting relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, provide product or service information, and identify customer needs.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Presentations and Pitches: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to clients.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales strategies and objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Skills:
• Proven sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and act on market trends
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of customer service or service sector
