. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential business opportunities, building relationships, and supporting the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business leads and opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, etc.)
Research target companies and industries to understand their needs and how our services/products can benefit them.
Reach out to potential clients, introduce the company's offerings, and schedule meetings or calls for senior sales teams.
Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and timelines.
Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Assist with market research and competitor analysis to improve the business development process.
Report weekly progress and results to the team leader or manager
