We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Dwarka, Delhi. As a BDA, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and driving growth. This role is perfect for freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various sources such as databases, social media, and networking events.
• Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients to introduce products/services and understand their business needs.
• Sales Support: Assist the senior sales team in converting leads into opportunities, helping to increase business revenue.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering customer loyalty.
• Sales Presentation: Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to clients in alignment with their needs.
• Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to ensure they are progressing through the sales funnel.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on goals and ensure smooth communication.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to confidently engage with clients and prospects.
