We are expanding our global reach and are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to focus on the US and Middle East markets.Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis: Identify and analyze opportunities in the US and Middle East markets, tracking emerging trends and competitors.
Lead Generation: Strategically identify, engage, and nurture potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, Toptal, Upwork, and other relevant networks.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect, identify, and engage potential clients and partners.
Manage connections and leverage insights to drive targeted outreach.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, with a focus on expanding in international markets.
Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to generate interest, leads, and conversions in the US andMiddle East regions.
Client Acquisition & Retention: Build strong, long-term relationships with overseas clients through tailored outreach, presentations, and solutions.
Proposal & Contract Development: Create customized proposals and negotiate favorable contracts with international clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
CRM Management: Utilize Zoho CRM to track leads, manage interactions, and streamline business development efforts.
Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with international organizations and firms to drive new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure consistent, high-quality customer service.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years in business development, with a focus on international projects (US and Middle East markets preferred).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
CRM Skills: Proficiency in Zoho CRM for managing client information, sales pipelines, and reports.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade international clients effectively.
Lead Generation & Email Campaigns: Proven track record in generating leads and running successful email campaigns.
Negotiation Skills: Strong experience in negotiating and closing deals with international clients.
Cultural Awareness: Ability to work in a multicultural environment with sensitivity and awareness of diverse business
practices.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business development tools.
Travel: Willingness to travel nationally or internationally to meet clients and participate in industry events.
