Position : Business Development Manager - Surfactants Job Location : Mumbai Experience : Min. 10 years preferably in the surfactants field : We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager for promoting and selling specialty surfactants for different end use markets including but not limited to home & personal care,textiles, paint & coatings and agrochemical industries . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies for our surfactant products, with focus on domestic as well export markets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote specialty surfactants in major end use industries. Identify and target potential clients in both domestically and internationally. Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( including RnD ) to ensure that product development aligns with market demands and global regulations. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and maintain a competitive advantage. Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on sales plan on quarterly / annual basis with desired profitability. Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our specialty surfactants. Stay current with industry advancements, product knowledge, and emerging technologies related to surfactants and international regulations. Provide inputs to business to developing new grades of surfactants to enable expand product range profitably. Qualifications: Master\'s degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry or degree in Chemical Engineering from reputed University is a MUST. An MBA in Marketing is highly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales / marketing of specialty surfactants, with exposure to domestic / export market. We are one team, for maximum impact. One team with shared goals.
