The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth & sales of the organisation in the automotive segment.
Work with senior leadership to drive the growth for the organisation
Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with direct OEMs
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Client facing role inclusive of both domestic as well as international clients
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry and customers
Stakeholder & team management

A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales
Should have prior experience of selling to automotive OEMs
Prior experience of working in the international as well as domestic market
Should have worked close to industrials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients & internal stakeholders
Flexibility to travel, as needed
Open to relocating to Kolkata
