Job Description


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth & sales of the organisation in the automotive segment.

  • Work with senior leadership to drive the growth for the organisation
  • Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with direct OEMs
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Client facing role inclusive of both domestic as well as international clients
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry and customers
  • Stakeholder & team management
Work with a market giant in industrial products|Opportunity to drive growth for the business vertical
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales
  • Should have prior experience of selling to automotive OEMs
  • Prior experience of working in the international as well as domestic market
  • Should have worked close to industrials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients & internal stakeholders
  • Flexibility to travel, as needed
  • Open to relocating to Kolkata
