- Drive company growth through client acquisition and retention.Find and retain clients for testing and nonclinical studies.
- Strong understanding of the Food or Pharma or other Testing Industry with good contacts within the sector.
- Attend and organize networking events to attract and retain clientele.
- Proactively seek client feedback to ensure exceptional service.
- Increase new client acquisition to meet income targets.
- Learn about all our services inside and out.
- Hunt for new clients through various channels.
- Network at events and conferences to find potential clients.Keep current clients happy and explore opportunities to upsell.
- Create compelling proposals and negotiate deals.
- Listen to client feedback and make improvements.
- Stay updated on market trends.
- Develop and discuss business strategies with management.Ramp up company visibility on social media.
- Provide regular updates to management on business inquiries and discussions.
