Designation: Tour & Travel Coordinator
Responsibilities:
1.Person with good communication skills, handling tour issues of employees.
2.Communicating and negotiating with Hotel managers to arrange travel arrangements for the tour.
3.Provide guidance, direction and assistance concerning all official travel matters.
4.Cost analysis to determine the travel methods, hotel accommodations, rental vehicle and other travel expenses.
5.Handling employee's queries and provide alternatives for travel and accommodation in cases of emergency situations.
6. Knowledge about reasonableness of expenses..
7. Obtain approval from leadership for travel requests and expenses that exceed established requests and expenses that exceed established limits.
8. Coordination for updating city grading list with service and sales team and updating the same to accounts team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
