Job Title: BCM & Risk ManagerCareer Level - EIntroduction to role:Join us as a BCM & Risk Manager, a pivotal role responsible for maintaining the Risk register for our Bangalore Hub site and establishing an efficient enterprise Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery Management governance framework. This position aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices/standards and reports directly to the Hub Director.Accountabilities:As a BCM & Risk Manager, you will lead Subject Matter expertise in Financial and Non-Financial Risk, Business Continuity and Crisis Management. You will engage and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders, and site management in all lines of business to coordinate business continuity governance activities. You will contribute & support the development and maintenance of the enterprise-wide business continuity management program. You will also manage and own the site level entity risk register, mitigation plan, metrics and reporting.Essential Skills/Experience:Overall, 8-10 years of which minimum of 5 years of experience in entity level Risk, Business Continuity and Crisis ManagementAnalytical skills with attention to detailExcellent Compliance and governance understandingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer focus and attention to detailAbility to interpret and communicate technical information in business languageAbility to interact with multiple stakeholders across various levels of the organizationWorking in a matrix organizational structure is required.Desirable Skills/Experience:Industry certification such as CIA, CISA, ISO 22301, PMI PMPWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
