:As a BCA fresher at Kodu, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple domains, gaining diverse skills and experience. Your responsibilities will include:Counseling:
- Provide guidance and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Assist in developing and implementing personalized counseling plans.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and client progress.
- Create engaging, informative, and original content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with company goals.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality and consistency.
- Manage and maintain the companys social media profiles, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies.
