• This individual will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Analytics framework along with the Manager - Analytics and the Global Governance Lead. This role will work in close collaboration with the Manager-Analytics, Global Governance Lead, Global Transformation Lead and Sustainability Organization along with members of Bunge Global IT and Business Intelligence teams to ensure that execution is in adherence with all aspects of business, process and technology as per the Analytics framework.

• This individual will focus on design and delivery of various kinds of reports, dashboards and analysis to enable Business Process controls monitoring (PTP/OTC/RTR/Master Data,etc.), compliance reporting and analytics and insights to drive commercial outcomes

• This role will be required to understand all aspects of Bunge\'s internal controls monitoring efforts, especially first line of defence positive assurance.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Strong Background in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics using Tableau and similar technologies

o Detailed knowledge and experience in BI, Reporting, Analysis, Data Visualization, Visual Storytellingo Tableau Presentation Layer expertise is required; Tableau Data Extraction layer experience will be an added pluso Knowledge of other technologies to power a global reporting and analytics center is preferredo Expert level of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

• Extensive understanding of Business Processes(OTC/PTP/RTR,FP&A,etc), Performance Metrics, and Governance

o Ability to act as a business analyst to translate business requirement into technical solutiono Experience of delivering sustainability performance reporting and analyticso Ability to evaluate and apply insights on performance data to provide opportunities for improvement

• Significant experience driving large projects to successful completion, and ability to work in a global

environmento Scrum or Project management exposure, or multi-functional team experienceo Ability to drive discussion and establish clarity on requirements and deliverableso Quick to identify and communicate risks and develop mitigation plans

• Strong communications and presentation skills

o Ability to make complex and detailed information clear and actionableo Effective articulation of varied information in a relatable manner to business audienceso Strong collaboration skills and integrity to hold self and others accountable to deliver against commitmentso Certified Product Owner and experience in developing analytics productso 10 + Years of Post Qualification Experienceo Chartered Accountants/MBAs/Analytics Professionals preferred.Competencies
