To be a part of protein science team.Key Responsibilities: (Maximum 5-8 Points)

• Experience in E. coli protein expression and purification.
• Protein purification using AKTA Pure & AKTA Avant systems, process development, experience in affinity, ion-exchange, HIC chromatography methods, column packing, tangential flow filtration
• Basic working experience in protein characterization & various HPLC techniques
• Experience with techniques like Western blotting, ELISA
• Diligent documentation skills and experience writing detailed Lab Notebooks
• Basic knowledge of bioinformatics is a plus

Educational Qualification:
M.Sc/M.Tech or similar qualifications in Biochemistry / Biotechnology /Cell Biology/Biomedical Sciences/ Life SciencesTechnical/functional Skills: (Maximum 4-6 Points)

• Ensure completion of experiments and generate accurate and reproducible data from experiments.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously with comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing requirements.
• Good oral and written communication and presentation skills to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
