Key Responsibilities

Business Development :

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partnerships, and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
• Support the business development team in nurturing client relationships and closing deals.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth.

Resource Management :

• Assist in planning and allocation of resources for various projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Maintain updated records of resource availability and requirements.

Operations :

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning.
• Analyze and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
• Support project teams in maintaining schedules, documentation, and deliverables.
• Work with leadership to implement operational strategies and track progress.

Qualifications

Education :

• Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.

Skills :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of business concepts like sales, marketing, and resource planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience :

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in business operations, development, or related roles.
