Job roles and responsibilities The role of a Business Development Manager is to assist the organization\'s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity. The primary role and responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include: \xc2\xb7 Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities \xc2\xb7 Keep prospective client database updated \xc2\xb7 Make cold calls for new business leads \xc2\xb7 Support in writing new business proposals \xc2\xb7 Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company \xc2\xb7 Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients \xc2\xb7 Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc. \xc2\xb7 Competencies and Skills Required \xc2\xb7 Must possess strong customer service skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication \xc2\xb7 Must have good negotiation skills \xc2\xb7 Must be able to create good presentations \xc2\xb7 Must have excellent interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Must be detail-oriented and an active Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb99,912.98 - \xe2\x82\xb937,449.09 per month Benefits:
