Battery Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and driven Battery Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. This role focuses on promoting and selling our in-house battery products. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, building relationships, and driving sales in the battery category. Number of Positions: 01 only.
Experience Required: 2 -3 years in Sales
CTC/Salary Range: Rs.3,61,785/- to Rs.4,84,670/- per annum ( In-hand: 25-K to 35-K after deductions for P.F & Prof.Tax depending upon skillset).
Educational Qualification: Graduation/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Production
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of battery products and their applications.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to identify client needs.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales.

Job Responsibilities:
• Focus on the sales and promotion of the in-house battery category.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Identify and target potential customers in various industries.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on battery products to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set for the battery category.
• Gather market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and quotations based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and production, to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
