Job Description

We are seeking a Battery Sales Executive to join our team in the power backup industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

• Visit regularly National Key Customers or Customer Zonal Office or Regional Office or Major Clients or Centralized client Office for Battery Orders.
• Maintain Enquiry records & follow-up till materilsed the order.
• Based on Battery Failure repot by Field Engineers, contact & submit Battery Sales Offer. Participation in Tenders by providing the quotes & required documents.
• Daily Login of Battery Orders.
• Coordination with HO for Price Support & providing market information.
• Coordination with HO for Stock planning.
• Preparation & Submission of Documents for Payment collection.
• Ensure collection of payments against the sales made as per the PO terms.
• Delivery follow-up.
• Record sales information and maintain customers' records.
• Documentation & submission for Buy Back retrievals to vendors & payment follow-up with vendor.
• Maintain proper records of Buy Back disposal.
• Provide the highest level of customer support with every client interaction.
• Develop and maintain a positive client relationship by providing routine follow-ups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
