Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced basketball coach/trainer to join our team and help develop players of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the game of basketball, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of coaching/training individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct engaging and effective basketball training sessions for individuals and teams.
• Teach fundamental basketball skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and teamwork.
• Develop personalized training programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of each player.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their skills and performance.
• Analyze game footage and provide strategic advice on tactics and game situations.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate training schedules, events, and competitions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and developments in basketball coaching and training.

Qualifications:

• Coach PE Instructor(M.P.ED)
• Previous experience as a basketball coach/trainer at the youth, high school, college, or professional level.
• In-depth knowledge of basketball fundamentals, strategies, and rules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with players, parents, and colleagues.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
• Ability to adapt coaching/training methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
• Certification from recognized coaching/training organizations (e.g., USA Basketball, National Federation of State High School Associations) is a plus.
• Passion for basketball and a genuine desire to help players succeed on and off the court.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
