About Us:

We are an exciting new seafood and cocktail lounge located in the heart of Panaji, blending the vibrant flavors of Goan and Portuguese cuisine with an immersive Fado & jazz lounge ambiance. We are seeking talented and passionate Female Bartenders to join our team and help craft exceptional drinks in a lively, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide range of cocktails, including both classic and signature drinks, with precision and flair.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and creating a welcoming experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Assist with the development of new cocktails and seasonal drink menus.
• Monitor and manage inventory, and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create harmonious food and drink pairings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender, ideally in a cocktail bar or fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
• A passion for creating unique, memorable guest experiences through drinks.
• Previous experience in creating cocktails with local ingredients is a plus.
