Bartender

Position Overview:

The Bartender at F TV Lounge & Club, Hotel Chenthur Park, Coimbatore, is responsible for crafting premium cocktails, delivering exceptional guest service, and maintaining the vibrant atmosphere of the lounge. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and an in-depth knowledge of mixology to enhance the guest experience while reflecting the luxury standards of the Fashion TV brand.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Beverage Preparation and Presentation:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with luxury standards. Craft signature cocktails and unique drink presentations to enhance guest experience. Maintain consistency and quality in every drink served.

2. Guest Interaction and Service Excellence:

Provide personalized guest service with a friendly and engaging demeanor. Take orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to guest preferences. Upsell premium spirits, wines, and signature cocktails to maximize revenue.

3. Inventory and Stock Management:

Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and bar supplies. Restock bar stations and ensure an organized and clean workspace. Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining stock records.

4. Hygiene and Safety Compliance:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the bar area. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling glassware and equipment.

5. Team Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with bar backs, waitstaff, and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. Communicate effectively with team members to maintain efficiency during peak hours.

6. Brand Representation and Guest Experience:

Uphold the Fashion TV brand image by delivering a luxurious and energetic bar experience. Engage with guests, creating memorable moments that reflect the brand's elegance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bartender in a luxury lounge, club, or high-end establishment. In-depth knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and drink presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
