Job Summary: As a Bartender with 3YEARS of experience as BARTENDER , you'll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our guests while providing outstanding customer service. Your role will be essential in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in our bar area.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to standard recipes and guest preferences.

Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, taking orders and recommending menu items as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments and managing cash drawer.

Engage with guests in a positive and professional manner, building rapport and enhancing their overall experience.

Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service, adhering to legal regulations and company policies.

Assist with bar inventory management, including ordering supplies and conducting stock counts.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate special events and promotions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of three years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel or hospitality setting.

Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes.

Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
