of a Bartender and Mixologist

A Bartender or Mixologist prepares and serves beverages to customers while creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere. They combine exceptional customer service skills with extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques to provide a memorable experience. While "Bartender" typically focuses on general drink service, "Mixologist" emphasizes advanced cocktail creation and artistry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Preparation

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks based on standard recipes or customer requests.

Create unique and innovative cocktails (for mixologists).

Accurately measure ingredients and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

2. Customer Interaction

Greet customers warmly and take drink orders in a timely manner.

Provide drink recommendations based on customer preferences.

Ensure responsible alcohol service, monitoring customer consumption and adhering to legal guidelines.

3. Bar Operations

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring equipment and glassware are in good condition.

Restock and organize bar inventory, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.

Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions accurately.

4. Creative Contributions (Mixologist-Specific)

Develop signature cocktails and seasonal drink menus.

Experiment with new ingredients, techniques, and presentation styles.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging mixology practices.

5. Team Collaboration

Work closely with bar staff, servers, and management to ensure efficient service during busy hours.

Assist in training new staff on drink preparation and bar procedures.

6. Compliance and Safety

Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Ensure compliance with local alcohol regulations and licensing requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
