Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional beverage service to our patrons. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
• Display a comprehensive knowledge of the drink menu, including ingredients, flavors, and pairings, and be prepared to answer customer questions.
• Create unique and innovative cocktails while also mastering classic recipes, showcasing a strong understanding of mixology techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning utensils and glassware, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of various types of beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations regarding the service of alcohol.
• Excellent math skills for accurate handling of transactions and measurements.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,500.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
