We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and experienced Bartender to join our team at Shilton Hospitality LLP. As a Bartender, you'll be the face of our bar, providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving drinks in a fast-paced and fun environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers, taking drink orders and offering recommendations based on preferences.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Check customer IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately through the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area throughout your shift.
• Monitor customers' alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
• Keep the bar area and surrounding areas clean and sanitized in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members (servers, kitchen staff) to provide smooth service.
• Restock bar supplies, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware.
• Engage with customers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bar tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least [age requirement] years old (or meet the legal drinking age in your state).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay: ?9,569.67 - ?30,883.18 per month
