Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Bartender to join our team at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating innovative and delicious cocktails for our guests. Qualifications And Skills Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high-volume establishment Excellent knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques, and drink presentation Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Strong workflow management skills to maintain efficiency Flairing skills to entertain guests and create a memorable experience Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to upsell and recommend drinks to guests Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus Roles And Responsibilities Create and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests Ensure prompt and accurate order taking, preparation, and delivery of drinks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service Recommend and upsell drinks based on guests\' preferences and menu options Monitor and manage inventory, including restocking supplies as needed Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service guidelines Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food and beverage orders are coordinated effectively Handle cash and process payments accurately Stay updated with current industry trends and new cocktail recipes Assist in training new bartenders and bar staff as required
