Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences by serving a variety of beverages, crafting cocktails, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The bartender will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the establishment's success.

•Key Responsibilities: •

Drink Preparation & Service:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and customer preferences.
• Craft signature and classic cocktails with precision and creativity.
• Ensure drink presentation meets quality standards.

Customer Interaction:

• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about beverages and food pairings.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Bar Maintenance:

• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and cleaning tasks.
• Monitor and restock bar supplies, including garnishes, ice, and glassware.

Cash Handling & Transactions:

• Accurately process customer payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a cash drawer and balance transactions at the end of each shift.

Compliance:

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service laws.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
