Job Brief:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, stocking inventory, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurants.
? Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
? Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
? Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
? Plan and present bar menu
? Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
? Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
? Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
? Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications:
? Hospitality graduate or Diploma in Hospitality
? 2 years of experience
? Extensive operational knowledge of hotel operations
? Outstanding communication, interpersonal & time-management skills.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
