Job Title: Bartender at Bomras

Bomras is seeking a talented and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drinks and providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable dining and drinking experience. Whether you're crafting signature cocktails or recommending the perfect pairing, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. The thriving kitchen garden remains the major source of inspiration for the cocktails... since 2003!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty cocktails.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stocked and sanitized.
• Participate in challenges and competitions, representing Bomras as well as your individual profile.
• Monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure compliance with company policies and local laws regarding alcohol service.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering bar supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of mixology, bartending techniques, and cocktail recipes.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older (age requirement may vary depending on location).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
