Job Title: Bartender- Fresher

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and timely service to guests.
• Engage with guests to create a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar area.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and balance cash registers accurately.
• Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible serving practices.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends, recipes, and customer preferences.
• Assist in inventory management and order supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment.
• Knowledge of drink mixing and serving techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
