Bartender (for Leading Craft Microbrewery)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve a variety of craft beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, providing top-notch service.
• Educate guests about our beers, brewing process, and menu, ensuring a unique and informative experience.
• Handle bar setup, inventory, and cleanliness in accordance with our quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe, friendly atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the team to create new and exciting drink offerings.
What We're Looking For:
• Previous bartending experience is preferred; knowledge of craft beers and cocktails is a plus.
• Passionate, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong multitasking skills and an ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
