Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following 1. Oversee the hygiene and cleanliness of the guest service area and bar 2. Greet customers, take orders and service of food & beverage orders to table 3. Manage the Billing for all orders, sending KoTs to kitchen as soon as order is received from guests 4. Prepare and serve beverages from the menu including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, shakes, etc. Follow recipes and make adjustments as per customer requirements 5. Should be skilled in making coffee from espresso coffee machine - Cappuccino, Latte, Vietnamese, flat white, etc. 6.Follow SOP procedure for various beverages 7. Develop restaurant sales through upselling ensuring good service 8.
