We are looking for Bartender for our Client Organization

Qualification: Hospitality Management/ Graduate

Working Day: Monday - Sunday (1 week Off)

Experience: 1+ years

Shift Timing: 12 PM - 9 PM

CTC: 15k -20k

SOME BASIC KRA's

Key Responsibilities:

• Drink Preparation:
• Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, mocktails
• Create new drink recipes and specials to enhance the bar menu.
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
• Engage with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact.
• Bar Maintenance:
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Ensure all glassware, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the Bar Manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic cocktails and new trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting heavy items, such as kegs and cases of liquor.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
