Key Responsibilities: Strategic responsibilities: Be a good entertainer and a Mixologist Par excellence. Operational responsibilities: Responsible for opening and closing inventories Responsible for taking all the excess stock and putting it back in sale in coordination with the F&B Controller on a day-to-day basis Should be well versed in skills of shaking and stirring cocktails Should be knowledgeable of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and the ingredients necessary to make cocktails Responsible for completing all the paperwork for bar Should be aware of all bar laws and rules and regulations etc. Core Values: a.
