: Head Mixologist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee bar operations, focusing exclusively on the bar area.
• Design and create innovative cocktails, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Train and supervise bartenders on mixology techniques and customer service.
• Manage inventory, ensuring the availability of ingredients and bar tools.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards at the bar.
• Collaborate with management to introduce seasonal or themed drink menus.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure a premium guest experience.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Head Bartender.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail recipes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Certification in Bartending or Mixology is a plus.
