Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The Bartender should have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drink Preparation:
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks with style and precision.
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience.
• Address customer inquiries and provide recommendations based on preferences.
• Bar Management:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked with necessary supplies, including ingredients, glassware, and garnishes.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.
• Compliance:
• Adhere to all local and national alcohol regulations and laws.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Cash Handling:
• Handle payments, operate the cash register or POS system, and provide accurate bills.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in creating and updating the bar menu as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Certification in bartending or mixology (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
