Job Description

Responsibilities:

o • Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty drinks, adhering to our quality standards.•

o • Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests, taking orders, and creating a friendly atmosphere.•

o • Keep the bar and coffee station clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary supplies.•

o • Maintain knowledge of our menu, including specials and seasonal offerings, to make personalized recommendations.•

o • Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system.•

o • Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients and supplies.•

o • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth cafe operations.•

o • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.•

Requirements:

o • Prior experience as a bartender, barista, or in a similar role is preferred.•

o • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including coffee and cocktail making.•

o • Excellent customer service and communication skills.•

o • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.•

o • A friendly, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.•

o • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.•

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
