- Order Processing:
- Efficiently punch orders into the system with attention to detail.
- Actively engage in upselling products to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Beverage Preparation:
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to prepare high-quality coffee, brew shakes, and refreshers.
- Showcase creativity and passion in crafting beverages to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Outlet Maintenance:
- Undertake regular cleaning and upkeep of the outlet to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Follow hygiene and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
- Sales Targets:
- Work towards achieving daily sales targets through effective customer interaction and product promotion.
- Stock and Inventory Management:
- Responsible for reporting stock levels and inventory to the main branch.
- Assist in monitoring and managing stock to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
