Title: Barista and Front Counter Associate

:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista and Front Counter Associate to join our team at our Gelato-Coffee-Bakery outlet in Jubilee Hills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and non-alcoholic beverages while also managing front counter duties, including billing and overseeing the bakery section.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup.

- Take customer orders efficiently and accurately, providing exceptional service with a friendly attitude.

- Operate cash register and process transactions promptly and accurately.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area.

- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.

- Assist in the bakery section by handling pastry and baked goods orders, ensuring freshness and presentation standards are met.

- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products and service.

- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
