Instruction and Training: Provide comprehensive training on coffee preparation, brewing methods, and espresso techniques. Instruct students on the use and maintenance of coffee equipment.
Hands-On Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of various coffee-making processes, including latte art, pour-over methods, and espresso extraction.
Student Assessment: Assess students\' skills through practical exams and assignments. Provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Workshop Coordination: Organize and lead workshops and seminars on advanced coffee techniques and industry best practices.
Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of quality and consistency in all training sessions. Stay updated with the latest developments in the coffee industry.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor students throughout their training, offering support and advice to help them achieve their career goals.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience as a barista.
Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and deliver engaging training sessions.
Passion for coffee and a commitment to excellence.
Previous teaching or training experience is preferred but not required.
