Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and committed to providing exceptional customer service. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty beverages, according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
• Take customer orders accurately and process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area, including washing and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Stock and replenish coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and balancing the cash register.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on new products, techniques, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and share knowledge about coffee brewing techniques and products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
