Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, skilled in preparing a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Craft and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso drinks.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Provide excellent customer service, offering recommendations and answering queries.
Manage cash transactions and inventory.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a barista is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
Strong communication skills and a passion for coffee.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
