Job Title: Barista
Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty teas.
• Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Comfort with working in a busy environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
