Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the defined SOP.
• Following the defined steps of guest service.
• Maintaining the cleaning & hygiene aspects of the store.
• Following the cleaning and hygiene guidelines set by the store.
• Managing product hygiene and expiry.
• Managing store visual merchandising.
• Execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by management, driving business growth and market expansion.
• Having basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine.
• Having knowledge about the food safety rules and demonstrating them while working.
• Handling the basic level product-related complaints as the per process.
• Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records.
• Supporting the Store Manager in stock reconciliations.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
• Candidate should ideally have 2- 3 years of experience in the similar profile.
• Graduate in any stream. Hotel Management qualification/ course will be an added advantage.
• Experience in a retail setting will be an added advantage.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
