Barista

Location : Kalimpong, West Bengal.

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and tea beverages, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Take and accurately process orders.
• Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in all beverage preparations.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other relevant equipment.
• Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas.
• Stock supplies and inventory.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Passion for coffee and tea.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills.
