Organization: The Organisation •Harley's Fine Baking •, is a European style patisserie (premium cake selling company) created by an IIM professor to disrupt the cake and coffee market, established to spread bonafide taste of the streets of Manhattan across the world. Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200 people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000 people over the next year.

Designation : Sr. Barista / Barista - •To be decided by Hiring manager (as per experience and expertise) •

Experience: Candidates with minimum 1+ year of experience in a cafe, bakery, or F&B outlet handling beverages like coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary: Upto INR 25,000/- per month ( •as per experience and expertise •) + Other facilities

Job Profile: The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, in line with the company's standards. Engage with customers, take orders, and handle payments. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining beverage quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve various types of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in accordance with company recipes.

2. Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, offering suggestions and providing detailed product knowledge.

3. Process customer orders, manage the billing system, and handle cash/credit card transactions.

4. Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other beverage-related supplies, and notify the store manager when restocking is required.

5. Ensure the coffee machine, workstations, and serving areas are clean, sanitized, and well-organized.

6. Train and mentor junior baristas and ensure adherence to the standard operating procedures.

Skills Required:

1. Expertise in making various types of coffee and beverages, including espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes.

2. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to engage with customers and handle complaints or queries efficiently.

3. Excellent verbal communication to interact with customers and team members.

4. Basic mathematical skills and experience in handling cash/credit transactions.

5. Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately.

6. Ability to work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality standards.
