We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Barista Coffee Trainer cum Barista Coffee Maker.
Experience: - 2-3 years
:
Expert knowledge on coffeebrewing techniques, customer service, and equipment operation.
Responsibilities encompass training, refining skills of existing staff, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Barista Trainers are responsible for training and guiding baristas in a cafe or restaurant.
Collaborate with the cafe sales team to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Requirements:
Previous work experience as a Barista
Hands on experience with brewing equipment.
Excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
