: Barista at Flyers Club (Airline Background Preferred)
Position: Barista
Location: Hyderabad

We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, complete with high-quality amenities and personalized service. We are seeking a skilled and personable Barista with an airline background to join our team and enhance our guests' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders and provide information about the menu, making personalized recommendations when needed.
• Ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
• Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies.
• Maintain knowledge of brewing methods, beverage recipes, and presentation techniques.
• Ensure consistency and quality in every beverage served.
• Lounge Maintenance:
• Keep the barista station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Monitor and replenish inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other essentials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the lounge staff to ensure seamless service and a cohesive team environment.
• Assist with additional lounge duties as needed, including food preparation and cleaning.
• Guest Relations:
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with regular guests.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a high-end or airline lounge setting.
• Airline background or experience working in a hospitality role within the aviation industry is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
