The reports are a set of questions that contains findings, both positive and negative. As a team we are responsible to review every report to ensure our clients receive accurate insights of their brand to maintain/ increase customer satisfaction. POSITION AVAILABLE: Content Editor (proofreader) - Automotive - Mumbai - Full-timeResponsibilities:1. Work on primarily automotive-related reports and edit project reports for accuracy in consistency/relevance of content, spelling, language usage, grammar, etc.2. Ensure that dealership quotations are accurately recorded in reports based on client requirements - Verify/cross-check pricing comparisons based on the data provided and via the internet.3. Report inconsistencies/contradictions in report content4. Report/communicate specific editing problems to the project teams5. Coordinate with the Operations Team on client change requests6. Adhere to the timelines and completion of reports7. Other editing assignments as neededAssociated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:Education - Fresher / Graduate with min. 1+ yrs. experience in proofreading/content editing preferably from Automotive industry or having a keen interest in it.Competency Skills:- Ability to demonstrate responsible, ethical and honest behaviour.- Ability to deliver the required standards under pressure- Good communicator, communicate effectively and openly- Provides constructive feedback- Ability to work with a wide range of individuals- Ability to deal with monotony- Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively- Have an eye for detailReports to : Data Quality Manager - Bare India.
